Lapaininiai (lot. Phyllanthaceae) – malpigijiečių (Malpighiales) eilės augalų šeima. Labai artima Picrodendraceae šeimai.[2] Dauguma lapaininių rūšių auga atogrąžose.[3]

Keletas rūšių yra veisiamos: Andrachne, driežmedis (Antidesma), Margaritaria ir lapainis (Phyllanthus).[4] Driežmedis, Baccaurea, lapainis, uapaka (Uapaca) veda valgomus vaisius.

Pasaulyje yra apie 2000 rūšių.[5][6] Priklausomai nuo autorių šeima sudaro 54–60 genčių. Didžiausios gentys ir apytikslis rūšių skaičius: lapainis (Phyllanthus) (1270), Cleistanthus (140), driežmedis (Antidesma) (100), Aporosa (90), uapaka (Uapaca) (60), auksūnas (Baccaurea) (50) ir žviegždras (Bridelia) (50).[7]
