2016 m. LFF supertaurė – LFF supertaurės rungtynės, pirmosios oficialios 2016 m. Lietuvos futbolo sezono rungtynės. Taurę per pratęsimą laimėjo „Žalgiris“.

Naudingiausiu rungtynių žaidėjų pripažintas Vytautas Lukša („Žalgiris“).
