"Request by the article subject" is just not among the valid reasons to delete an article here, even if we'd take it on your word that the request truly and verifiably came from the subject in question. The article on English Wikipedia was deleted not because Nojus Bartaška requested it but because it didn't meet notability criteria. Particularly, subject was only known for one event in which he didn't play a vital part. Our notability guidelines dont have a similar "notable only for one event" clause they just require that the subj of the article was covered well enough by independent and reliable sources, where well enough means it's possible to write a nontrivial article based on that coverage. And while this article gives an impression of having different sources, upon closer inspection I'd say those sources dont establish notability. One is for date of birth, three more is to back the statements on his parents, and the remaining last one... does not even exist anymore. So I'd say lets delete on the grounds of lack of notability.
