It turns out that Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, and Yemen have prison rather than death as maximal punishment. Afghanistan and Mauritania have been added to death penalty. EBL notes there is no blasphemy law in the unrecognised states of Somaliland and SADR. Also, in international law Crimea part of Ukraine (no blasphemy law) instead of Russia.
